Publications
The authors of the best ten documents expounded during the Workshop are welcome to send a copy of their paper to be published by the Journal of eWorking (ISSN: 1872-3284). Aditionally, all documents produced will be published in "BIBLIOTECA NACIONAL DEL MAESTRO" (National Teacher Library)

Presentation
We are honored that Argentina is, for the first time, venue of this important international academic event.
The proposal presented by the TIC Commission of USUARIA was approved during the 13th Workshop in Poland, and since then we have been working in the organization of this event so that it reaches the required international standards.
We are thankful to the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), who is supporting us economically in the realization of this Workshop.
It will be our pleasure to have you participating in this event, in any of the various activities planned for it.
